After two years, we are pleased to be holding our Forum again this year.
The theme for the Forum this year is ‘Keeping customers at the core’.
The Forum features a range of thought-provoking speakers, insightful panel discussions and important updates on the BCCC and its work.
Attendance in person is by invitation, but we welcome people to watch the sessions live online. The event is hosted at Commonwealth Bank Australia's The Foundry.

In-person attendance is limited to people who received an email invitation, and registrations will close Thursday 13 October at midday (AEDT). Online attendance is open to all and registrations will remain open right up until the end of the Forum. You will receive a link to the online stream in the confirmation email you receive after registering to attend online.
